Welcome to the documentation for the AH Agent for HubSpot. This guide will help you set up and configure the application to integrate HubSpot with your Atlassian Jira Service Management environment.

Setup Steps

Step 1: Create a HubSpot Private Application

To use the AH Agent for HubSpot, you must create a HubSpot private application with specific permissions. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Private Apps.

  3. Click Create a private app.

  4. Provide the following details:

    • Name: Enter a name for the private application (e.g., "AH Rovo Integration App").

    • Description: Provide a short description (e.g., "Private app for integrating HubSpot with AH Rovo Jira Agent").

  5. Assign the following permissions to the private application:

  1. Save the private application and generate an access token.

Step 2: Configure the AH Rovo Agent for HubSpot

  1. Obtain the access token generated in Step 1.

  2. Log in to your Atlassian Jira Service Management environment.

  3. Navigate to the AH Rovo Agent configuration panel:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > AH Agent for HubSpot.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • HubSpot Token: Paste the token generated from your HubSpot private application.

  1. Save the configuration.

Verification

  1. Test the integration by creating a support ticket in Jira Service Management.

  2. Ensure the AH Rovo Agent retrieves customer profiles and interaction histories from HubSpot.
